Heartsafe EMS is a paramedic-based education service and equipment supplier.
Our challenge was to create a warm and compassionate identity to overcome the typical “first aid, red cross” staid image employed by other providers in this category.
We accomplished this by using a soft blue and green colour palette. Introducing an icon of an embracing couple forming a heart provided a human aspect that is welcome in the emergency healthcare industry. The tagline we created, “Better. Hands Down.” plays on the double meaning of doing chest compressions used in CPR as well as being the best in the industry.
